Hi, I'm Mallory Michele McGavin. I returned to yoga seeking relief from chronic pain. Although yoga has not "healed" me, as I first had hoped, it has given me many tools to live more comfortably, body, mind, and soul. Yoga continually reminds me of the temporary nature of all things. I work hard to allow acceptance of the moment to Guid my physical practice and lovingly encourage others to listen to their own inner teacher. My classes have a strong focus in body-mind awareness and breath work. I'm passionate about learning, creating, and sharing. I love holding space for each student to question their limits and mindfully move towards steadiness and ease.
