I had practiced yoga on and off for almost 15 years, but I never truly found my real practice until a few years ago when a back injury sidelined me from my usual weightlifting activities. After practicing daily, I not only became more flexible, but issues with my back all but disappeared. Along this journey, I began to see an emotional/spiritual benefit in addition to the physical one. It is my hope that my teaching will allow others to embrace this transformation as well.
