Aimee McMaster

Aimee has been practicing yoga for about 15 years but just recently took it to the next level, pursuing both 200 hour Vinyasa teacher certification and a specialized training program in Restorative Yoga. She initially started this to help alleviate back pain after an unsuccessful surgery, and is very focused on adapting postures to individual conditions. She has found, personally, a major benefit to the relaxation and stress reduction found in Restorative Yoga and is hoping to incorporate it into her practice as a Nurse Practitioner to help all her clients and patients find better overall health.
