Yoga happens whenever your consciousness pays close attention to what you are doing, whether you are reaching for the peanut butter jar or holding a posture. Yoga happens when you bring breath to your body, attention to a feeling, or whenever you the space between your thoughts and enter a deeper presence in the moment.
Yoga for us is a lifestyle. It is an awareness. We are using what we learn and what we continue to learn and bringing that to our community creating foundational practices of self-awareness and self-accountability.
We offer classes for every body. We offer workshops to educate our community of students and teachers. We offer teacher trainings to deepen our practice or to spread our ability to serve and heal others.
